We try to keep our kits as affordable and accessible as possible, and that means pinching every penny to keep the prices low.

We try to be as kind to the planet as possible (without largely inconveniencing ourselves, of course...). Our packaging is made from 100% recycled paper and the plastic in the bubble lining is 25% Post-Consumer Recycled. Sure, we could print instructions on recycled paper, but that conflicts with all of the other reasons, especially the following one.

Not to make assumptions or pass judgments, but when we were including printed instructions with orders the most common email message we'd receive -- by far -- was along the lines of, "Help! I threw away my printed instructions on accident!" Offering online access to instructions is a solution, but doing so exclusively removes the problem altogether.
